Terms & Conditions

1. Registration and Payment: By registering for the 'Encounter with Fabrics, Discover Tie-Dye' event organized by Tadika Ceria Bistari, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein. The participation fee of MYR 100 must be paid in full at the time of registration to secure your spot for the event.

2. Parental Responsibility: Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children during the event. Tadika Ceria Bistari shall not be held liable for any accidents or incidents that may occur during the activity.

3. Activity Details: Participants are advised to arrive at the event venue by 8:45 AM to ensure a prompt start at 9:00 AM. The activity will conclude at 11:00 AM. It is recommended that participants wear comfortable clothing that can be stained with paint.

4. Health and Allergies: Parents/guardians are required to inform Tadika Ceria Bistari of any allergies or health conditions that may affect their child's participation in the tie-dye activity. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure the child's safety during the event.

5. Colour Selection: Participants can choose from a range of 10 colors for the tie-dye activity. The colors available are Pink, Blue, Green, Yellow, Purple, Brown, Orange, Magenta, and Red. Please ensure that the selected colors align with your child's preferences and any potential allergies.

6. Artistic Creations: Participants understand that the tie-dye activity involves using paint and fabrics to create artistic designs. While Tadika Ceria Bistari will provide guidance and materials, the final outcome may vary based on individual creativity.

7. No Refunds: Participants acknowledge that the participation fee is non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation or non-attendance.

8. Photography and Media: Tadika Ceria Bistari reserves the right to capture photographs and videos during the event for promotional and documentation purposes. By participating in the event, parents/guardians consent to the use of such media.

9. Changes to Event: Tadika Ceria Bistari reserves the right to modify the event schedule, activities, or other details as deemed necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

10. Acceptance of Terms: By completing the registration process and participating in the 'Encounter with Fabrics, Discover Tie-Dye' event, participants and parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
